Stranded Overnight at IAH - Ideas for a Place to Sleep?

One of my assistants, a young college student, is stranded this evening due to MX. She was flying on flight 4550 from LEX to IAH. The flight was delayed 2 hours due to MX, and another 2 hours due to weather. AT LEX, United promised her a room for the night at IAH. Now that she has arrived, it turns out that everything within 20 miles is booked.

I've looked a bit, and hotel options don't appear to exist. Any suggestions for good places to camp out at IAH? Rows of seats conducive to lying down (no arm rests)? Places that are dark enough to sleep, but safe for a lone female? Sources of a blanket or pillow?
