Wondering if there are any transfer restrictions with Ultimate Rewards, specifically to the number of people.

My brother is short about 1000 WN points for a round trip flight and I'd like to transfer points to his account to cover the gap.

My wife also needs points via Marriott through Rapid Rewards to achieve CP.

Will Chase restrict the number of people I transfer points to? Is this against their policy?
