Daughter, a 19 year-old college student, is founder and president of a 501(3)(c) and when she travels to 3rd world countries delivering cargo (i.e. educational supplies and medicine) she flies on her own dime. Airfares have shot up this year--Peru, usually around $400 to $500, is now $1000+ r/t out of Miami!!! and she is looking for any kind of discount code whatsoever.

She usually travels to Central America, South America, and Africa. She is not doing missionary work or affiliated with a church so she wouldn't get a discount that way (don't know if there is one offered).
All large companies, including air carriers, engage in charitable giving. Either directly or through a foundation they establish. Your daughter should contact one carrier's charitable program to determine whether it might "partner" with her organization and provide some level of in-kind support in the form of a credit she can use against air fare.

It's a stretch because everybody asks, but it can't hurt to ask.
