You do have another option.

Before your trip buy a refundable economy ticket from AA.com that departs later in the day. (JFK-MAD)
Clear customs (to get passport stamp)
Go T4S to T4...
Get back on train T4 to T4S...
Go back to T4...

Note you must have OneWorld Sapphire or Emerald status and traveling internationally to get access to the club.

You can then go online or to any AA ticket counter to cancel your ticket for a refund. It takes 14-21 days to process back to your Credit Card.

Did you mean JFK-MAD or MAD-JFK? I don't think JFK-MAD would work. I think once you clear customs you are not going to be able to get back on the train to T4S and then T4. In any case, is this worth it?
