Damn..... And I can't even blame the errant apostrophe on Apple (was on the corporate Windows laptop at the time and that doesn't auto correct and damn me to he'll).

Still, sans apostrophe, the substance of what I wrote appears to correct and, just like the head of UKBA at LHR, the Minister is in point of fact a complete and utter tit.
