follow up from Hotel
Dear Sir, thank you for your post on Flyer Talk. As I had the pleasure to correspond already directly with you via email I just wanted to follow up also on this forum. Again we are sorry that we could not fix the A/C problem for you while you were here. As I explained you the hotel was totally sold out that night, hence we could not provide you with any better alternative. I have spoken to our engineering department and we will ensure that proper follow up will always be done for such and similar cases from now on. For all future guests who read this: the A/C is working perfectly again in room 665 now. Again I would like to thank you for your open and honest feedback as it helps us to maintain and improve our levels of service. It would be a great pleasure to welcome you back in the not too distant future.
