Pre departure
Was check in quick and efficient? Yes
Did you use priority security (if eligible) and if so, was it quick and efficient? N/A
Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? N/A, used the Smiles lounge- difficult to find in GRU.
Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? Yes, however somehow AC*G
If there was a delay, did the gate agent provide timely updates? No real delay.

Onboard - Y cabin: Was on exec standby. No luck. Flight was all sold out.
Were the crew professional & well groomed? Yes, even more so since I brought them chocolate. Was treated to an amenity kit and extra wine :-)
If there was a delay, were you provided with timely updates? No noticeable delay after boarding.
Was the IFE activated on the ground? Yes
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service/Onboard cafe to begin? Approx. 45 minutes
How was the quality of the meal/Onboard cafe? Edible, but nothing beyond that.
Did the cabin crew offer water regularly throughout the flight? Yes.

Post departure
If you have checked baggage, did it arrive within reasonable period of time? N/A

Overall experience/any other comments
Was unable to get on the upgrade waitlist. Was told there were SE's ahead of me at the check-in. In lounge spoke to an SE and we joked that he might take my seat as he was also on waitlist. He did get it ! Y completely full. Makes for a very uncomfortable long flight. Thanked crew for good service at exit. Choco box (Laura Secord) was empty :-)
