I just did a quick check on the FRA-LHR flights that happen "today" their time and it lists all available for booking (even the one that leaves in 40 minutes).

I think UA's policy is something like 4 hours before the flight?
Ok, gotcha. thanks!! Interesting that they listed this under the *A section of their T&C's. Whew, good to know! Got an upcoming IAH-FRA-SIN flight to look forward to booking and this freaked me out a bit
