Does anyone know if this policy is enforced? this is from the LH T&C for *A bookings off their website:

2.2 Advance booking time limits and ticket validity
You can book your flight award up to 361 days in advance of the desired travel date. Flight awards are valid for twelve months after the date of issue.

If the airports on your flight award route are etix®-capable, booking your flight award will not incur a service charge as long as you book at least two working days prior to departure.

We regret that flight awards cannot be booked less than two working days in advance of the date of departure.

Does this mean that if I were to find an Award ticket on LH for, say tomorrow, or the day after, it cannot be booked? I distinctly remember booking my mom on LH F Award from IAH-FRA less than 2 days from departure with no issues, booked/flew about a month ago . What am I missing?
