Even though my address and profile clearly shows I'm in Canada, and the Amex products are not available to Canadians, I get asked pretty much on every phone call. I just tell them every time "I'm Canadian, we're not eligible". I also get emails - I always thought it was kind of stupid/impersonal to solicit folks for a product for which they're clearly not even eligible.
The pitch at UA is increasing every day too for the new Chase Explorer card.
