VS43 PE on upper deck?
I'm guessing there's no way to know this for sure, but I thought I'd ask just incase!

I'm flying to LAS on Thursday in PE, and would really like to be sitting upper deck. I notice that one config doesn't have any PE upstairs though, does anyone know if all LGW-LAS have PE on the upper deck?

I've tried to assign a seat as I wanted to try and get upper deck, but the website just says "Currently unavailable." Anyone know why this is?
