All it takes is a phone call from an angry/rogue coworker to cause you problems with BAEC or whatever you guys call the tax agency in the UK.

Also, valuation is so subjective ...true cost?, you might piss off some stingier directors or bean counters amirite?

Not worth it in my opinion...
