You should be able to get 2 or 3 American Airlines credit cards using the 2 browser trick. Then you can fly wonderful Cathay Pacific using AA miles. Info on the cards and the trick is on my website in Credit Cards > Annual Fee Cards (though that fee is waived the first year.)
