20K off peak o/w award seats for Deep South America are from Aug 16-Nov 30 and from March 1-May 31st.

It varies for Europe and Asia, --- check the aa.com website award charts for more info.

There are also off peak awards for Central America and for caribbean (though that one is like early sept to mid nov during the peak hurricane season)

If EZE not coming through, you can try MVD (which is seasonal, and not everyday) - EZE award seats at 20K are very few and hard to find--- sometimes a few pop up last minute, mostly connecting via DFW, through MIA is almost impossible.... SCL has more availability--- if you have US, Canadian or Aussie passport, be sure to check in advance about the reciprocity visas which need to be purchased on arrival. (arg and chile)
