You say an F ticket - - not sure if you mean F domestic or BE long haul, which is usually what the B777s are used for.

I was in F/BE a few days ago (my first time) on the B777 (NRT/MSP) in seat 7A, as recommended here, and it's a GREAT seat, but the window is slightly off from the seat angle, PLUS, since the lie-flat seats are at an angle facing the middle of the plane, as opposed to facing forward, you really hafto twist/strain your neck to look out the window, so I'm not really sure how much lookin' out the window you're gonna be doin'!
