I'm not PPS nor an elite FF with SQ any more because I have faith that for any issue that isn't in the process manual and therefore requires front line personnel to use their brains, SQ will win the race for "worst ground services" easily when compared with other premium airlines. I have had far better experiences with CX, BA and even AA.
