I have problem buying AA virtual gift card,
anyone else have the same problem ?

Here is what happened:
1) I ordered a $700 AA e-Giftcard online for my friend
2) AA sent e-Giftcard to my friend
3) A week later, my friend got an error when he tried to retrieve the GC
4) I checked my credit card transaction and noticed AA
refunded the GC charge.
5) I called AA incentive department to try to find out the reason, they just said
it was handled by another department, nothing they can do.

I purchased a few AA virtual GCs before, never had this kind of problem.
