"Quickly" is a tad ambiguous. If you need the points to post in the next couple of days, you either need to beg for a complimentary posting or buy them directly from Starwood (I don't think Starwood is a participant of points.com, or that would be another option.)

Audience Reward points usually take a week or two to post. I guess you could get lucky and have them post earlier, but I wouldn't count on it.

In my experience, getting credit for a qualifying dine at a Starwood hotel takes at least a month and some legwork (faxing invoice copies to Starwood, follow up e-mails or phone calls, etc.). This would be one of the last things I would do if I needed points quickly.
