The avisba website seems to be a complete waste of time for for me for different pick up / drop off, requiring the same set of info twice, and then freezing as my laptop doesnt recognise their online assistant (who i didnt want in the first place) and after 15 or so very frustrating minutes I have now booked with Hertz!
