Could you please clarify exactly how you were planning to have your reservation ticketed, if not personally in Canada? Are you using a travel agent in Canada?
Otherwise, my understanding is that, although the US RTW desk can help in setting up the ticket, it can not actually ticket. Has your experience been different? Have things changed, or have I been misinformed?
