This is why I won't book any UACO or any UACO codeshare for a few months. I've wasted time on the phone as well. Time is money, my friend. This is especially true when you run your own business and not on a fixed salary. This is not a hassle I have to worry about when flying outside of UACO. Enough reason to status match (so you don't lose your 1k benefits) and say adios.
