It happened in only a very few cases but it happened ( e.g.MUC with a Portuguese Visa ).
This is nonsense. It is NOT against the rules to enter Schengen in a different country than the country that issued the visa.
The rules are as follows:
1) you need to apply for the visa at the Consulate / Embassy of the Schengen country which is your main destination (as in where you will spend most time);
2) if you don't have a main destination (ie 4 days in France and 4 days in Italy) you need to apply at the country where you will enter Schengen;
3) once the visa is issued, you can enter the Schengen zone anywhere. (this is for visas marked "Valid for Schengen countries", in exceptional cases they may limit the validity of your Schengen visa to a sub-set of countries)
I know people who need Schengen visas (including Colombians) and they have routinely entered Schengen in a different country than the country that issued the visa and it has NEVER been a problem.
