as to the OP's question: Whichever is easiest, but I think the service on AS is better in front than AA in front.
I agree that AS F service is MARGINALLY better than AA's F Service. HOWEVER, the AA F seat is a LOT better than AS. So, I choice would always be for the more comfortable seat.
