Earning Avios/TPs on AA flights not actually operated by AA?
Can you earn BA miles (Avios and TPs?) on flights with AA flight numbers which are not actually operated by AA?

I'm looking specifically at WestJet flights to and from Canada, (some of) which are bookable through AA via a codeshare.
