I would just do a general search for your dates (or the calendar of lowest fares), and include all airlines. Then on the calendar or list view of flights, you can click the Airline dropdown box and check the airlines (i.e. all skyteam partners) that you want to show.
Better yet, end your search code with /alliance skyteam
