I got the e-mail exactly 7 days before the flight (same with the return flight, also 7 days before). The e-mail said the upgrade won't clear, however, until 2 days before the flight. I have no status on US.
My question would then be, where in the upgrade queue are these pax being placed? If clearing 2 days out but after SP's... then fine. If they're being mixed in with the Silvers then that's not cool.
