Hi,
You can use all the lounges including the Concorde Room in T5 departures ( keep your BA F bp for ORD-LHR to show to the lounge receptionist) as you are arriving in LHR on BA F.
You can use the Concorde Room in the Arrivals lounge also
You can also use Galleries First and the Galleries Club.
