We have enought time to catch the tube and head down to SoHo for lunch at Randal and Aubin's and catch up with some friends. The Concorde Room does have baggage storage facilities however they're only designed to be used while you're in the lounge. Additionally once you're through security in the Concorde Room it's not possible to return landside without staff assistance. You could leave your bags with the Excess Baggage company who have an office near domestic arrivals. They charge £8.50 per bag per day.
