That's a better list than the one earlier in the thread - though I think I would put Geneva just ahead of Zurich. In GVA *everyone* is on some kind of company, government or NGO expense account so the prices rise as a result. My experience of ZRH is that while it's expensive you can still find some good value places if you look hard enough.

I don't think I'd put any US city in a Top 10 Most Expensive list. Anyone who thinks the US is expensive, really hasn't travelled.
