So I wonder about the diamond breakfast. Of the two restaurants listed on their webpage, one offers counter service with limited table service (sounds like grad and go) and the other is located outside of the hotel on Bourbon and doesn't open until 11:00am. Room service maybe?
It's of my opinion that there maybe a new venue once Hyatt steps in and the rebranding takes place
And even if there isn't you can rest assured they will rework the hours for a sit down breakfast
