BRU has an airport right across the 5-6 drop-off/pick-up lanes from the terminal. I wouldn't recommend it very highly though.

Melbourne (MEL?) is the same, and I would recommend that hotel.

The BKK hotel runs a shuttle, but it isn't necessary. You can just walk through the parking garage.
