YULforever's *G status or anyone else holding anything OTHER than Krisflyer Gold will not have access to the KF Gold Lounge when travelling on Silkair, whether codeshared on SQ or not.

The fine print from the above link you provided, states :

..Star Alliance Gold cardholders and KrisFlyer Elite Silver cardholders travelling SilkAir Economy Class are not entitled to access the lounge. They are also not entitled to invite a guest when travelling in Business Class.
