I do a BRG today. I booked a room, call the Expdedia, get the coupon and then cancel the booking immediately.
1. I made two calls which totally last for 1h 20m. I made the first call, the agent approved to give me the coupon but still let me wait for a long time so I hang up made the second call and ask another agent to continue.
2. I use the coupon immediately and checked my account later, found there is another coupon. This is a new account. So I'm sure the two agents give a coupon respectively.
3. When I canceled the booking, I received a cancellation confirmation email immediately, but the itinenary in my account appears a warning reading that I didn't get the refund successfully. I write an email and get a reply saying that there is no cancellation record in the system concerning this booking at all, that means I even didnt cancel it. I wrote back again and still waiting for the reply.
