They do have this kind of information; even KVS has it. Some issues though:
- Some TAs are subcontracted and training on this particular issue doesn't seem to be a priority. (I've encountered all sorts of stupid questions/remarks regarding visas.)
- Some TAs know little to no geography. I think the worst is in the US, where they some
may have heard of Canada or France, but ask them to name a country beyond that and they are clueless. Airlines want cheap resources... and they get what they pay for.
