It is also not easy if you call. In fact, I would say it is HARDER to have an agent begin booking an award with a blank slate. Instead, I recommend 'roughing in' the award as close as you can get it on the website, then call to finish it off. But don't call unless you have a minimum of 2 hours, and make sure they actually issue the ticket at the end of the call, otherwise you are likely looking at another 1 hour phone call tomorrow. Trust me. (Or argue with me, your choice.)
