Can you check bags when checking in at T4?

Also, for a 6:50pm departure, how long should I leave to get from the Oasis Lounge down to, say, gate B30 at what looks like the very end of the terminal?

Edit to add: Is the Oasis Lounge or The Lounge at Terminal 4 better? Which provides easier access to security and the Delta gates?
