I'll respond to several comments:
First, I suppose it
is probably best characterized as a 4-star hotel. I was using overseas Grand Hyatts as a frame of reference-- but as others have pointed out, that's really an entirely different deal.
Bringing it down to a four-star, then the tattoo deal isn't nearly as significant.
I wasn't really sure what to make of it, other than to observe that I had never seen that in any front line employees of Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, St. Regis, etc. Now that I think about it, however, that's probably not the right "comp set."
