In late September of 2007 I rented a fully loaded 2006 PT Cruzer using points from my American Express card and drove it over 9000 in two weeks. The trip started in Long Island going through the upper midwest, Dakotas, Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Utah, Nevada to Santa Monica. Came back through Arizona, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tenn, Kentucky, Ohio, Pa NJ NY.
I was driving to clear my head after some major life changes and had the time of my life.

When I returned the vehicle the clerk was working alone and very busy and asked me how many miles I drove. With a straight face I told him 9000.

In a classic Indian accent he said, "veddy veddy funny" and wrote down 900 miles and handed me my receipt.
