I've flown twice on US since 3/3, both SNA-PHX, which is less than 500 miles. Both times, I received the 500 mile minimum. One of the flights was a paid FC ticket (A fare). On that flight, I also received the COS bonus (i.e., I received 750 EQM/1000 RDM).
