It seems that SPG could clarify with the hotels a little bit what the breakfast should be and set some minimum standards... The
FAQs leave room for flexibility but so far, every time I have asked for the breakfast amenity, I was given a little standardized Stawood card that states (small print) what the breakfast should offer at a minimum (and it's the same thing as in the FAQ).
