I didn't sneak anyone into my room but as long as they aren't counting towels used (which you could argue being on a beach), I can't imagine how they would know. Definitely no monitoring of anything, in particular the elevator since they often didn't work anyhow.
Did they give you the option to "upgrade" to the full breakfast? If so, was it still $10 or did they realize it wasn't worth it and knock down the price. Also, I've got three people in my room, do you get coupons for breakfast, or do you just walk into a room (like the lounge usually) and eat muffins and coffee?
