What's the advantage of the "upgrade" again? Seems like they can't do anything that they are used to be able to do. Agents can't assign seats on the fly. No longer able to block seats. Seems like every other request needs to go to "console desk" or get the supervisor approval. So what exactly have they "upgraded?"
