I don't have any tattoos or piercings, and never would have them. My thought is that if the tattoo doesn't interfere with job performance then it is not a concern. I'd even go further: if the policy of the spa at the GH Seoul is to ban all people with tattoos, then that's the policy that is discriminatory.
