Wow. That's cool this worked out!
Adding to my thoughts above - I really was impressed when I saw the rooms and when I read the comments of others.
My pet peeves are the Rome hotels with old mattresses and DNA laden-bedspreads. So I always get excited when I find a new place, or newly renovated place because I translate that to mean a new mattress and linens!
And I liked that there are coffee machines in the room. Of course, who'd want that when you can get the world's finest at a nearby cafe - but I've often had jet-lagged induced weird sleeping patterns, and being able to make a cup of coffee at 4 in the morning to me is a treat. And I liked that it has SKY TV, that means you'll be able to select channels' English language versions through its menu so you'll have lots of choices. But one would say why be concerned about watching TV when you're in Rome - and again, to me it's the jetlag issue. When I'm wide awake at 4 in the morning, I've found it nice to be able to watch something! And of course, it also means access to English language news programs...
I did note that some of the reviews mentioned glitches, but every place I've ever stayed at something's gone awry...
Anyway, I'm so glad that my "afternoon project" above turned out to be useful!
