May 25 YYZ/FRA when initially Y class booked was a 767 and is now the A330 - 300. Seat map still shows the 767 at AC.com. I'm still in 12K which the agent claims is the bulkhead but the FAQ indicates that 8K is the first row in Y. In fact when I check I later date in the year, it shows the A333 with 18 being the first row in Y. Must be another IT fail.

If I wasn't aware of this equipment change, how do they re-assign the seats?

Nevertheless I'm not sure if I should go for 18K, the bulkhead gets a poor review on the A333 according to Seat Guru. The FAQ doesn't indicate to avoid it; does anyone have any experience with the bulkhead in Y on the A330-300?
