It may be temporary server down. You may want to put the links back if you still have them somewhere, but make a notation on it for potential death but keep them there a few more days...

It is not uncommon for Citi has server issues and links down for a few hours to a few days then come back fine again. It may be premature to take them out with the first reports of non-working. Just a thought.
