Couple of minor things for DM sitting Y
Just what I have noticed, might already be done for awhile.

Finally, a JFK out-bound flight not oversold (just even according to check-in agent.. ) So sat at my Y seat.

One minor thing: the Cabin lead gave me bottle water AND eye-shade, socks, and toothbrush/toothpaste (Sunstar brand, not Colgate... )

Second minor thing: at 8 hours in the flight they turned on the lights (which woke me up) and started to trolley instant noodles!!!

Anyway, again, might be going on for awhile now, but first time for me.
