Can I use a BCD (e.g. USAA) with a coupon which doesn't belong to this BCD? For example I want to use USAA with Coupon# UUGZ011 from here:

But it says: "Offer may not be used with any other BCD number, promotion or offer."
Does anyone have experience with that? Does it work or do they really block it?
