Compensation for the inconvenience/lack of bonus posting correctly/whatever.

They've given me 10x points (base + 9x) on my first three months Amex spend today, with my fourth statement due end of this month. They've calculated it on a total spend basis, but only given me a bonus for the Amex amount - should it not be for MC as well?
No, the offer only applied to Amex spend. Mastercard spend gets 0.25 Avios per £1 (a terrible earning rate).
