I remember flying in to Stockholm once and they couldn't get the language right on the announcement. They started it 3 or 4 times and ended up with what I think might have been Portuguese but my knowledge of Romantic languages is fairly limited... I pointed it out as I left and the crew just shrugged it off.

FWIW the foreign language announcements where I speak the language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and German) all sound fine to me. Couldn't comment on any others.
